Do not Accept calls from members alliance. They ring you and tell you over the phone they are not selling anything and scam you into meeting up with a consultant for a free of charge in home consultation on how they can manage your loan term. They end up trying to sell you an investment property for $400k and they get annoyed if you don't sign up. Very pushy and arragant company. stay away.
