With all the problems I have experienced endeavouring to get a photovoltaic system installed and grid connected, it is great to see another solar company that actually does what it says, when it says, and keeps its customers informed.

We ordered a Solahart system about three weeks ago, paid the deposit and got an install date. A week before the install we got a very apologetic phone call from the company to say that there has been a delay with the tanks and they would have to put us back a bit. No problems with that, and we appreciated the notice.

Another phone call last week to say tanks are now in, and we are on the priority list for install. Three days later the unit was installed, hooked up and working immediately. More than I can say for our solar electric system which is still sitting idle.

Excellent service from Solahart, and I recommend them very highly.
