Awhile ago I charged from a really bad ISP (Cyberone) over to WESTNET.

The first time we connected I had a problem so I called customer service.

As it was 11pm I figured I'd get a recorded message and that someone would call me back.....to my surprise...a real person answered the phone. icon_biggrin.gif

In minutes he'd solved my problem and had me connected and happily surfing away, which I thought was amazing....but the story goes on.

The next day, as well as getting a "welcome to Westnet" email, I also got an email from the customer service guys supervisor asking me if I was happy with the level of service I'd received and asking if there was any way they could improve their service. eusa_clap.gif

Amazing service from a company that prides itself on serving their customers.

Since joining my account has been emailed to me on time every time, my connection has never failed me, and when I've had a hiccup (forgot my password) I got the same great service and the same follow up service. eusa_clap.gif

I can't recommend this company enough, well done WESTNET.

icon_biggrin.gifI totally agree with lordvader. I moved all of my telecommunications from Telstra to Westnet. My goodness it was such a pleasant surprise to find that real people answer the phone. If the line is busy they will call you back within a few minutes. I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would be a Telstra customer when there are companies like Westnet there who actually pride themselves on providing a high level of customer service.

I love Wesnet, I have been with them for 3 years now and have never really had any serious issues with their customer service. I love that someone answers the phone at 1am and that you can leave a message when they have long waiting times ~ AND they will get back to you within a reasonable time (you do not loose your place in the queue). And they are always friendly, like that actually like working for Westnet :)

They are an awesome ISP, I will never ever change as long as they keep doning what they are doing. icon_biggrin.gif

Westnet is the greatest!!I was literally driven away from Telstra who went out of their way not to get my business (I had 17 pargraphs of complaints against the company over physically attempting to get a land line connected to my property).I have been with Westnet for over three years and have had only one minor complaint (which they fixed in a hurry and in a fair way). They will send you follow up emails to see if your technical problem was fixed and you can always get someone no matter what time of the day or night. They also have regularly upgraded my GB download quota for free.

Great Company!! Forget the others

Hi I've been with Westnet for about 10 years now and have always found good service. They are the best.
Like the other post, if they are busy, they will call you back.

My son wants me to change over to a different company because you get a faster connection and lot more downloads, but I keep saying no. Because I know if I have a problem I can always talk to someone straight away. icon_lol.gif

As a follow up to my previous post, Westnet just called me to see how I was going with the issue I had earlier this month.....I don't know any other company that follows up an issue 3-4 weeks after it has been fixed....again AWESOME!!!

I too have used Westnet for many years, and not once have they let me down, on the contrary they continue to surprise me with their service and hands on approach to resolving your issues.

I recently had a query with their mobile broadband, which turned out not to suit my requirements and despite having exceeded the trial period and legally liable for exit fees, they compromised with me rather than playing the heavy hand and we all walked away happy, thank you Westnet!
