Super Amart furniture is bargain basement rubbish. Try visiting a reputable furniture dealer.

Mr sickoffrubbish,

Super Amart has just opened up in W.A and I was'nt overly impressed with their furniture and prices anyway. You want these people to pay up? Try threatening them with Today Tonight, or A Current Affair, although this website works wonders for me when someone cheats me. Companies will do anything NOT to be on NGE!

Good luck to you!

If it's two years after the purchase date and you don't have a receipt, I honestly cannot see how Super Amart can do anything for you.

If the bed was paid for my credit card of EFTPOS you should be able to get a record of the sale.

I have been in correspondence with SUPER Amart at OXLEY in Brisbane for well over a year about a Nadia bed purchased on or about 3rd September 2006 for my daughter's 21st Birthday by 10 of her friends.

Puzzlingly, AMART has absolutely no record of the sale, the delivery or the bed leaving its inventory!!!Stunning!!! I speculate that this bed had been returned as faulty to the store and it was onsold to my daughter’s friends who paid in cash for the bed.

The bed has never held together, and when she moved to SydneyWITHOUT the broken bed, in July 07, I commenced my protracted contact with AMART to have this useless piece of equipment rendered serviceable. Because it was a gift, the sales and delivery docket are not in my possession. IN August LAST YEAR (still inside the warranty period) Amart send a repairman to fix the bed.But the repair didn’t work.

In fact, the bed has been slept on no more than 5-6 times in the year since the repair was made,-That's about $75 per sleep!!! THE BASE FALLS OUT EACH TIME SOMEONE LIES ON THE BED.

AMART Manager of Sales, says she would gladly refund the purchase price, IF I HAD the sales docket. She knows I do not and is really simply playing “CAT and MOUSE” with me.

I am stuck with this useless bed in my home.

Has anyone had a similar problem with Superamart at Oxley?- or
Been able to get a refund without a docket?
