This company sells gorgeous hand-crafted leatherbound sketch books and diaries. I first saw one at a resort in Mission Beach which used it as a guest comment book.

My daughter is an avid writer/artist and I knew it would be perfect for her to create an heirloom item.

I tracked down their website and the staff answered all my emails immediately, in detail and with information aplenty. The book arrived in time for Christmas and is absolutely stunning.
