Post subject: Fantastic Service
Organisation name: Fein Power Tools
Issue type: Compliment

I bought a Fein vacuum cleaner to attach to a gyprock sander (both from Sydney Tools; delivered to me in Perth). The vacuum lasted only about 10 minutes before the motor apparently packed in. I was worried that because I'm in WA I might have service problems. I emailed Sydney Tools when I got home that evening. They phoned me back early next morning, informing me they'd left a message for the Fein rep in Perth. Sure enough Derek Darling, Fein's state manager soon called and came to meet me on site. Derek assured me that Fein would certainly honour the warranty and that he'd replace the vacuum asap. He delivered the new vacuum the very next day (to another site). I didn't even have to lose work time by going to Fein's office.
I want to thank Fein Power Tools, and especially Derek Darling, for excellent service and for having the confidence in their high quality and commitment to excellence.
