Post subject: TPG gone the extra mile
Organisation name: TPG Internet
Issue type: Compliment

Recently I've had a major issue with dissconnections and VERY slow speeds (about 3 kB a sec). To their credit , TPG kept at at and eventually found it was a line problem with Telstra. They've gone to major effort to fix the issue, and now it's back to proper ADSL 2+ speeds.

Many thanks!
