Harvey Norman photo replacements

After ordering hundreds of photo's online through Harvey Norman, I was surprised to come across several photo's recently in a couple of different orders come back printed incorrectly.
So I took the prints and the actual photo's to my local Harvey Norman store in Taren Point to notify them.
The lovely sales assistant, Crystal, was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed her my problem and without any hesitation she had my photo's reprinted for me and back into my hand in a very quick 10 minutes.
So thank you Crystal for wonderful customer service. I'll continue coming back in the future for my photographic needs.
