Issue type: Compliment

Don't you love it when you stumble across an online gem?

I recently bought a treadmill and had problems from the beginning. As I live in FNQ I wanted to see if I could resolve without having the hassle of return and replace.

Google found me treadmills.cc which offered free and helpful advice and for a small payment of around $7 more extensive advice.

It's based in the US so I didn't expect much but this guy has been amazing.

Within hours he had emailed me with simple, easy to read instructions tailored to my particular problem. No generic replies and he seems to really want to help.

All my emails back have been answered quickly, which is high on my list of customer care expectations.

So for any treadmill problems this is your guy.
