Jakke is wrong - there are a few scenarios where a Superannuation Trustee can transfer your funds without your prior consent. In fact, there are even scenarios where the government _requires_ the trustee to transfer your super to the ATO.
You may be transferred to an eligible rollover fund if:
* you were with an employer super fund & your employment finished
* your balance was under the minimum
* you qualified as a 'lost member' (ie. had returned mail, no contributions for a few years etc).
* your super fund is closing.

All of this would be clearly outlined in the PDS. So maybe you should read that first?

Make an on-line complaint on the CBA website and spell out the problem and what you want to happen.
I have sent a couple of complaints via the CBA website and I have been contacted within a couple of days or less with a solution which in every case was most satisfactory.
CBA should not have transferred your super to another fund without your written approval. Your not responding to a letter they claimed to have sent you will not do legally.

Just wandering how the commonwealth bank can transfer my superannuation to another fund without first gaining my consent. it seems that all they need to do is say they sent me out a letter that i didnt respond to. I never received the letter or a confirmation call. i did receive a letter to say the funds had been transferred.
