NGE has had a huge problem recently due to members not keeping their contact details up to date. Much time is wasted sending emails to invalid addresses and then trying to track the member down.

In order for NGE to help you we need to be able to contact you. Please use the My Profile link to keep your details up to date, including a current and valid phone number.

**Entering fake details only hinders the process and means we cannot contact you to offer assistance.
