Issue type: Compliment

I've never had a problem with Telstra (ex Telecom) in my 25 years of dealing with them. Always had landline and internet with them without any probs. As my mobile is supplied by my workplace, I can't comment there!

I'll second that.

Got my wireless gateway this morning.

It piggybacks off the Foxtel connection, doesn't even need a PC to have it running.

Blistering speeds and I'm currently running a mac, a pc and 2 laptops off it.

All took about 25 minutes to set up following the instructions.

2 weeks ago I joined up with Telstra broadband and I have nothing but compliments for the staff I dealt with.

First as an inquiry over the telephone, then with a sales person in a Telstra store (who I bought the kit off). Lastly, when installing it I made a mistake and called the help desk who sorted it out immediately.

I normally have negative experiences with Telstra, but credit where credit is due in this case.
