Well Friday come and i rang Optus and they tell me there is a problem and it will not happened Today friday 15/2 but the csr can not tell me what the problem is and they will have there supervisor to call me that was 09.00am

At 3.00pm no call so i rang again to be told the date will know be 28th feb which is 2o odd days more then the 8 days originally quoted but still no real reason why the delay

I decided to change my home phone and internet from telstra to a Optus phone and internet bundle and was told it would happened within 8 days i was happy with that.

Just before i hang up i was given a reference number an another to call to check my activation date.

Called Optus Monday and was told there is a issue with the switchover and to call later on the week to confirm if it will happen friday 15/02

Called today the issue is still there and the exact world by the Optus CSR there have been no activity by admin and the issue is still there someone will call me friday and tell me if it will happen friday.

I asked what the issus is and they can't tell me is this the type of service they are going to provide i am better of staying where i am it just not good enough as i need my internet service on a daily basis and do not want to be left in the dark.

I was a optus mobile customer for a lot of years and left as there messed me around with my mobile once bitten i should have known.
