Have you tried typing in your old account number in the username box and then the most recent invoice number in the password box? They sent out letters about these changes but I've heard from a couple of people that their old log in still works.

I have held an account with AAPT for a couple of years. My loyalty has not been due to outstanding service from AAPT but they have been "ok", for a telco.
So a couple of months ago I receive notice that my account has a new username, acc number and password which I must use in order to view (& pay) my bill. Since then i have not been able to access this section of the website and thus not view my bill. As a result I beleive my account is well overdue and am concerned it will be disconnected. I began attempting to ring (even emailed only to recieve a "no longer active - help yourself" response)every day or so for the last 4 weeks. Tried different times of day, night and week and various numbers. Even tried going in via sales number(that usually gets some attention)but still no go. On average I wait on hold for around 20 minutes and still no response. I feel for the staff who work for AAPT (if there are any). The directors and managment should be ashamed.

I just want to pay my bill.
