Cold Food lousy Service

I live in Hervey Bay (Q) and the local Maccas, since they invention of their you order,then wait "made fresh" system has not been able to serve a hot burger to me in my last three (and final) visits. I took this to their Head Office to seek resolution and was advised that I would be called back, three days later I had to contact their H.O> as there had not been a call back.
Needless to say there was no resolution and no real interest in solving my problem,so I solved it for them - Hungry Jacks have just opened and I wouldn't eat at anyone of their stores - I would rather starve. This organisation has some serious customer relations problems
