Issue type: Complaint

I have made the mistake of trying to use Aussie Lifestyle Pools to renovate my swimming pool. Over several weeks, I have contacted them numerous times and they have consistently failed to return my calls. Furthermore, I cannot rely on them to meet their obligations in terms of start date (should I ever get them to commit to one). 6 weeks ago, I paid my deposit and I cannot get this company to commit. I have completely lost faith in this company's ability to do the work since they can't even follow through on their promises of returning my calls.

good luck in getting them to return your calls. they are completely incompetant and we would recommend no-one use their services. we too have had a miserable time with this company who failed to act professionally and legally. Hopefully the courts will finally put these cowboys out of business.

We also had a terrible experience with Aussie Lifestyle Pools. They refused to come and look at our pool and see the defective work. I complained to Spasa on numerous occasions who are a waste of space. BSA are you best option if you need to get them to do anything. In the end we had to pay another pool builder to fix the defective work. DON'T EVER EVER USE THEM.

As a bit of a follow-up to my original gripe, it's now 3 months on and fast approaching Xmas - still no pool. The cracks were repaired about7 weeks ago, the coping is half done but the interior is still waiting. We probably won't have a pool until it's too cold to use it.

This is looking like a common thing... we signed up a few months back for a new pool and now they are trying to sting us for $11000.00 for extra boxing and concreting. This was purely there fault as it was all visible to measure out prior to them commencing work. They have also started this work which is illegal. It even states in the contract that if something comes up they have to inform you first. But this was not unforeseen... I smell a con job, our lawyers have already been contacted
