Gizmo's service doesn't exist.

Gizmo were contracted to help us set up our home computers and printer once we bought a new pc from Harvey Norman. The lead up to the home service set was good, the follow up has shown their lack of responsibility to follow up on a job not finished. Yes the computers and printer worked but at the time of of the home set up, the printer did print double sided. Once the Gizmo were through, the printer only printed single sided. Within the first week post service, we called Gizmo to fix this, and they never contacted us again. No follow up. They have since closed this case, without confirmation with us. Now they claim we need to pay them another $100 to finish a job they didn't complete in the first place. "Not happy Jan." I would not recommend them to anyone. Go to a small time operator and get real service from them.

When you print, are you specifying double sided in the printer properties?

It may not be set as the default option.

To be honest, if it was working when they left, its probably something you have or haven't done correctly in the printing process.
