Wilson Parking rip off

Parked my car at Wilson Parking at Goulburn St, Sydney on Sunday night (after having it vandalised on the street the night before!). Before I went in, I rang the intercom at the ticket gate and asked how much it would cost to park overnight. The guy said "$15". I said thanks and drove in and parked. The next day we collected the car at 7.30am and the fee was $56 because we hadn't collected it before 5am! We were not told we had to collect the car by any particular time, but would have thought 7.30am was early anyway! No amount of arguing with the guy on duty when we went to collect the car changed the price to the price we were told it would be. There was another woman there having the same argument as well.

Checked their web page today and pricing is very misleading as it has rates for "weekends" (maximum of $15) and "night fees" but under night fees, there's no mention of Saturday or Sunday nights, it just says Monday-Thursday, and Friday and we didn't notice any other pricing for overnight on a Sunday night on their pricing boards.

Having been given the wrong price and agreeing to that price by parking there, really bad "service" and really misleading web site too.
