Does anyone have any complaints regarding a Leisure Pool OR Barrier Reef Pool. They are both on our final list for a pool and we are finding it diffucult to make a final decision.

Organisation name: Barrier reef pools
Issue type: Complaint

We had a Barrier Reef pool put in 4 weeks ago and not happy Jan. The fiberglass edging around the pool steps looked odd they were sloping inwards. Phoned BRP and they said this was the sixth pool with this problem and it was a fault with the mould. Tried to get a quote for the headers and one of their paving contractors said he had never seen anything like it and wouldnt touch it, he said the pool should be taken up! BRP came out to have a look and said it could be fixed by grinding back the fiberglass and the concrete bond beam, they had the perfect man for the job! What a nightmare, he didnt bother grinding just thought he could wing it. The pavers have been up 3 times and today he finally got them level, problem is he tried to clean the granite pavers with acid and has ruined them, what should be dark grey pavers are now white! To be continued....
