Bigpond security

I had been a bigpond user for many years - my sons use it mostly for gaming and we where on the top level plan. Recently I purcahsed a new laptop and wanted to reactivated Bigpond security which I had previously paid on a monthly basis. I went online and reactivated it. I get the email with info on how to activate the security, I didn't acivate it as I still have a Mcafee working on teh computer, a couple days later I noticed a $99.95 debit on my account. I rang Bigpond and whilst the person was pleasant he basically said their policy does not provide refunds. I then cancelled the bigonnd security and requested a refund - they cancelled the security but refused to give me a refund. I then switch to another provider and cancel my membership with Bigpond movies.
