Issue type: Complaint

I signed up with Netspace ADSL2+ Naked broadband a month ago.

First of all I was told by their salesman that the modem that I was purchasing from them had a removable antenna,(It is important to me) but when it arrived it was a fixed antenna.
I emailed their online help (twice) & asked could I upgrade to a better modem (this was before I was actually connected) but I never even received a reply.

Also during my initial contract agreement I was concerned that the copper wire running from the street to my house was at least 40 years old and was was no longer fixed to the side of the house.
I explained that it was loose & blowing about in the breeze.
I was assured by their salesman that a Tech would be sent out & that it would be repaired or replaced because that was part of the Naked ADSL2+ connection fee. But that never happened.
Their "Hire a tech" did show but he spent a maximum of 2 minutes at the premises & for the life of me I have no idea why he even came out.

I have noticed that whenever a strong wind blows I loose ADSL signal. So I contacted Netspace online help telling them about the problem (twice). I also gave them my Modems statistics readout which shows that my connection is not what it should be.
But once again all of my emails have been ignored.

I then tried their phone help but it is no better because after an hour waiting I was put on hold & finally cut off, so what can I do?

I did not sign up with Netspace for 24 months to be ignored & treated like a Mushroom.
I still cannot believe just how bad I am being treated by Netspace & because they won't acknowledge my requests for help I cannot get the problem resolved.
