Terrible customer service by A1 supplements

Ordered some Jack3d from these guys and it simply just never came. Emailed them and called them numerous times and waited over a month and nothing happened. Worst customer service I've seen yet and I've done a lot of online shopping. Never will I go back.

Because they are one of only a few companies who supply this particular product and they do provide quick delivery. Clearly quick delivery is useless if the product can't be used due to it not being packed properly. I'm not expecting any resolution of this particular issue. I'm just wanting to express my experience with this company in the hope that it might encourage potential customer to look elsewhere for these types of products (as I will now be doing)

Recently received a delivery from these people and when I received delivery item was broken. The company didn't want to want know, & when I tried to discuss it further they hung up on me. This is not the first time I've had the displeasure of speaking to this company over the phone and the lack of customer service is shocking. I have been a long term customer of this company and would not recommend them. Rude and Arrogant is the best description for them.
