I have to agree with you julies.

Losers - they cost only a few $$$ to make, so I'm sure EB made a good profit as they usually do...
I thought of my elderly father & his aging memory - Eagle Boys are on the NGE & DGT list (Do Go There) |

I bet they didn't give it to anyone. It'd be waiting around in their warmer for probably an hour or so for him to show, then who's going to want a pizza that's been sitting around for that long? |

I feel sorry for older people when they start to lose their memory, but your complaint really isn't a valid one. It's not the pizza place's fault that he never came back for his pizza, so why should they make another one at their expense? Sorry, but I fail to see how they've done anything wrong. |

alassinsane, I agree, they didn't do anything wrong, but it comes down to customer relations exercise. A little dough a bit of tomato paste and some stuff on top, a total of 2 minutes at a cost of 60 cents, you get a happy customer who goes and tell everyone how he was treated, and instead of a gripe the OP then write a compliment. I know what I would have done! |

To me this is a situation where the store could have quite easily replaced the pizza and bought themselves some priceless PR and good will in the process. Its not always a matter of whether the store is right or wrong, its whether or not they were willing to overlook an isolated incident and keep a customer happy. |

Eagle Boys took a harsh stand, which is strange considering they have lunch pizza's for $5 and also two for tuesday specials.
Surely they could have done a half price pizza, at the very least. |
