Call the TIO, lodge a complaint against Bigpond, stating that you simply want the money back.

I Joined Big Ponds "Games Now Arena three years ago when I was contracted to big Pond as my internet provider. I discoved that even though I am no longer a Big Pond user that they have been still deducting payments of $ 7.99 per month from my credit card. I have been in contact with Big Pond and have gotten the run around and was told at one stage I could get my funds reimbursed to me. I have finally spoken via email to someone from the Games Arena and this guy Called x says he cannot refund my 3 yrs of payments, he may be able to refund the last three months of payments but where does the rest go and why am I not entitled to have my money back? Surely they can see I have not been using Big Pond or the games arena in 3 years. Shame on Big Pond and Telstra.
I want my money back, I am entitled to my refund...
Please help fight back.
