Worldclass Roofing - Definetly not Worldclass!

Needed some repairs done to my roof. Was quoted on 3 areas of the roof which needed fixing. My husband called them to accept the quote and book a day for the work to be completed. They wanted 10% deposit upfront - why? We relunctantly paid the 10% upfront, only to be told AFTER they had taken our deposit that they would be ringing us in "about 2 to 3 days" to book the work in. Totally pathetic, alarm bells ringing by this stage. After a week of not hearing anything, called the company spoke to the Operations Manager who clearly has no concept of what customer service is. They still couldnt give me a day and after asking again was told "I dont know what the weather is going to be like during the week". Totally unprofessional, just a rip off. To top it off was told 1 of the 3 things I was quoted on "wasnt neccessary". Then why quote on it? Unbelievable. That was the last straw. Got someone reliable to do the job instead. No response to emails and phone calls. Worldclass? No way.
