poor service

a couple of years ago my dad who was in his late 70's was encouraged to sign up for a dial up internet with tadaust as it was told to him because he was a pensioner tadaust was set up for pensioners and was cheap. from day one he had nothing but trouble and their help service was useless. In December 2009 he received his 6 monthly bill which was paid in January and a receipt sent from tadaust via email which he still has. Last week he received a nasty letter saying the bill was overdue and disconnection was going to happen. He immediatly phoned and when the operator finaly answered he tried to explain that it had been paid and when he started to quote the receipt number she just said she didnt care it was going to be disconnected and hung up even though it has been paid). It is now dc, their arrogance at the way they treat pensioners is appalling, he has written them but will never go back a warning to others beware and make sure you keep payment receipts. and keep clear of tadaust
