Issue type: Comment

I thought I was comment on my experience. I had a mate that had used Supplemax and he reckoned it worked well and he could "go all night". I had a search on the internet and was a bit suss at first given some negative comments I saw. I did see there was a consultation with a doctor first so I gave them a call and had my consultation over the phone. After this I got put on a program to try it out that I could stop anytime if it wasn't working and I figured if I was paying with credit card I could always stop paying. It's only been a few months and all I can say is I'm glad I gave it a go. It's worked great for me! I think I might look for a part-time job as a porn star :-) I would say if you are a dubious like me speak to them, ask questions and they will help you get onto the right plan for your problem/budget.

Issue type: Complaint

Supplemax will only ever be interested in you if you are buying more of their product. And they will frequently try and sell you things you don't need or want and make no effort to ensure you won't be harrassed on the same thing numerous times.
I have complained to them 5 times over the phone and sent a letter and emails.
Their only response is another sales call stating that they really want to help you, and then further sales pitches. And they will not assist you in resolving your problem.
I sent my letter of complaint to The Directors 6 weeks ago, and they have not even had the courtesy of responding. Yet I have just had another phone call trying to sell me more product.
Their product is outrageously over priced as well.
Just go to your Doctor. You'll get better service and pay no more.
I am completely unsatisfied (with the company and their attitude). The product was to a point beneficial.
I will actively encourage anybody I meet to seek better alternatives.
